"Yeah Burpees!!!" Coach Mike Burgener

Coach Mike Burgener is a former football player for the University of Notre Dame, he served in the United States Marine Corps, and he is one of the best Olympic weightlifting coaches in the world! His gym - Mike's Gym - is a Regional Training Center for USA Weightlifting and it is a CrossFit affiliate... Oh! and his gym is also his 2 car garage.
