Back squat + jerk (2): 4X1+2 @ 75% (go off 1RM for jerk)
*First jerk will be from behind the neck. Second jerk should be done from the front position
Reverse hyper ext 3X10
Cuban press 3X8
Band pullaparts 3X15
GHD sit-ups 3X10
