Snatch pull + snatch dead + snatch pull: 3X1+1+1 @ 85%+95%+85%
*Warm-up sets are snatch*

Front squat: 6X3 @ 82%
Split box jumps  6X3+3
*Do 1 set every 2:30*

Abs - your choice
