Hang clean: work up to a heavy triple

Clean: work up to a heavy single, 2X2 @ 80% of heavy single

Back squat: work up to a heavy single, 2X2 @ 80% of heavy single

Sandbell slams on knees  2X15
Seated knee-ins  2X25
