Halting clean + jerk: work up to a heavy set
*Pause at the top of the knee and power position, then hit a high hang clean*

Clean + jerk: work up to a heavy single, 1X1+1 @ 90%, 2X1+2 @ 80%

Back squat: work up to a heavy single

Toes to bar: 2X max reps
