Block clean complex:
Clean pull + clean(2): work up to a heavy set
*set up with the bar at the top of your knees*

Pause snatch balance: work up to a moderate set
*Pause 2 sec at the bottom of the squat*

Clean grip shrugs  3X10
Post raise  3X8
Plate rainbows  3X3+3
