*Pause in the bottom of your dip and overhead position for 2 seconds*

Clean + jerk: work up to a heavy single, 2X1 @ 87% of heavy single

Back squat: work up to a heavy single, 1X3 @ 87%, 1X2 @ 92%, 1X1 @ 95% of heavy single
