Snatch: 1X1 @ 90%, 1X1 @ 95% of heavy single

Pin front squat: work up to a heavy single

Front squat: 3X max reps @ 95% of heavy single

Physioball leg curl 3X20
Wall-sit 3X max time
*Rest 30 sec between sets*
