Clean + below the knee clean + jerk: work up to a heavy set

Clean + jerk: 1X1 @ 90%, 1X1 @ 95% of heavy set

Snatch balance + overhead squat: work up to a heavy set

1-arm KB push press 3X8+8
Flex arm hang 3X max time
*Rest 30 sec between sets*
