 Even: Back squat X2-5 @ 90% of heavy single
          Pushups X max reps with remaining time
 Odd: Rest

3. Plyos:
 Triple jump 4X2
*Triple jump is a continuous movement where you jump off your right leg (land on your left), jump off your left leg (land on both), jump off both (stick your landing)*
*Do 1 set every 1:30*
