1. Clean + jerk: warm-up to 80% of best

2. Overhead squat: 3X3 @ 80% of best
    Continuous squat jumps: 3X5 (jump over 5 cones)
*Do 1 set every 3:00*

3. Abs/Core:
Hollowrocks: 3X20-30
