1. Snatch pull + snatch + overhead squat: work up to a heavy set

2. Snatch: 3X1 @ 90%+

3. High pin front squat: work up to a heavy triple

4. Front squat: 1X max reps @ 80% of heavy triple

5. On the minute for 8:00...
Even: hyper ext X10-15
Odd: snatch grip shrugs X10
