1. Clean pull + clean + front squat + jerk: work up to a heavy set

2. Clean + jerk: 3X1 @ 90%+

3. Snatch balance (no dip): work up to a heavy double

4. Met-con:
3 rounds for time:
30 double-unders
20 wall ball
10 handstand push-ups
