1. Halting snatch + snatch: work up to a heavy set

2. Snatch: 3X1 @ 95%+ of heavy set

3. Pause front squat: find your 3RM
*2 sec pause at bottom*

4. Front squat: 1X max reps @ 95% of 3RM

5. On the minute for 8:00...
Even: DB push press X6-8 / hyper ext X max reps
Odd: Rest
