1. Pause clean + jerk: work up to a heavy double
*2 sec pause in the bottom of the front squat position*

2. Clean + jerk: 3X1+1 @ 90%+ of heavy double

3. Snatch balance + hi hang snatch(2): work up to a heavy set

4. 3 giant sets:
Pullups X10-20
GHR X8-12
Strict burpees X10
