1. Wide stance back squat: find your 3RM

2. Back squat: 2X max reps @ 90% of 3RM

3. Split push press: work up to a heavy single

4. Plyos:
SL broad jump: 4X2+2
*Take off on 1, land on 2*
*Do 1 set every 1:30*
