2. Snatch dead: 5X3 @ 105%+ of best

3. Pause back squat: work up to a heavy set of 5
*2 second pause at the bottom position*

4. Plyos:
Hurdle jumps (4): static X2, continuous X3
*Do 1 set every 1:30*
