1. Halting snatch dead + hang snatch + hi hang snatch: work up to a heavy set

2. Snatch: 1X2 @ 90%, 2X2 @ 97%+ of heavy set

3. Pause front squat: work up to a heavy triple
*2 sec pause at the bottom position*

Even: hyper ext X10-15 / snatch grip shrugs X10
