1. Back squat: work up to a heavy triple

2. Push press: work up to a heavy set of 5-3-1, 2Xmax reps @ 85% of heavy set of 5

3. Plyos:
SL broad jump + tuck jumps 4X3+3
Wt'ed squat jumps 4X5
*Do 1 set every 2:00*
